Meet Our Team

Our team brings our mission to life.

Dr. Laura O'Connor

Dr. Laura O'Connor, B.Sc., M.D., CCFP, FPFC is a longitudinal family physician practising in Charlottetown, PEI since 2013. Her interests include metabolic health, preventive care, women's health and complex chronic disease management.

Dr. Kirsti Ziola

Dr. Kirsti Ziola is a community Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Charlottetown, PEI. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She is also the Social Accountability Clinical Lead with the MUN Faculty of Medicine PEI regional campus and the UPEI Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Annette Gallant

Dr. Annette Gallant, M.D., Ph.D., CCFP is a family physician in Charlottetown. She has a special interest in women's health and metabolic disease. She dedicates part of her practice to helping women navigate the menopause transition. Before her medical career, she completed a PhD in obesity medicine.

Dr. Michele Murray

Dr. Murray is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and holds additional certification in Emergency Medicine. Her professional interests include the social determinants of health, health equity, women+ health, and improving access to care for vulnerable and underserved populations. She currently serves as Medical Advisor/Lead for the Sexual Health, Options and Reproductive Services (SHORS) program in Prince Edward Island.

Dr. Kathie McNally

Dr. Kathie McNally is a practicing Family Physician in Charlottetown, PEI and former Chief Medical Officer with Health PEI and former Director of Health Services with the Department of Health & Wellness. Her clinical interests include mature women’s health and working with vulnerable & marginalized populations. She is also a health care consultant with special interests in primary care, women’s health, workforce, and innovation.
